Food Processing Practice Exam
Last Monday, My school(SLH Sangihe) held a practical exam. This practice test is carried out in groups, our group makes cassava crispy balado. We process this cassava with the frying process. In my group have 5 members. The place for the implementation itself is in the SLH Sangihe Hall. The groups were divided into 5 groups per class and there were 2 classes, namely 9A and 9B.
To make a product, we certainly need materials and equipments, which will be used to make the following product. The materials needed to make cassava crispy balado are cassava, cooking oil, balado seasoning, royco, kerosene. The equipments needed are stove, frying pan, plate, matches, knife, and cutting board. The above materials and equipments we use. Before we started the practice exam, we were devoted to our respective classes.
After the devotion we started the cooking practice exam. During our cooking many of my friends from other groups tried our food and they said the food was delicious, even ate it many times. After cooking, all groups collect their food and later will be assessed by the teacher.
In short, we are very happy to be able to do the practical exam smoothly, even though the group discussion is only 1 time. We are very happy to be able to learn and share with each other.
