               Cassava fried chocolate cheese

          Cassava is a type of tuber. Some areas in Indonesia make tubers as a staple food. Cassava is a type of tuber that is dense in nutrients. Cassava can be processed into a variety of food menus, snacks, to cooking ingredients, such as flour. This time we will process cassava into snacks, using boiling and frying techniques.

Material :
- Enough water
- Cooking oil
- Cheese
- Milk
- Meses

 Steps :
1. First, clean the cassava and peel the skin and cut it according to the size we want.
2. Second step, turn on the stove over medium heat.
3. Next, take a pot and pour enough water, then enter the cassava that has been cleaned and cut to be boiled immediately on the stove.
4. After the cassava has started to soften and not rough, then remove and transfer to a frying pan with cooking oil.
5. Then, put the boiled cassava into the pan to fry.
6. Last step , after frying, remove and transfer to a plate, then pour milk, cheese, and meses on top of the fried cassava. Ready to serve.
